Often people don't know the diﬀerence between a treatment mask and a daily conditioner, believing it simply masks the hair to soften it. However, using our Treatment Masque every 7 to 10 days is the ultimate way to ensure your hair remains healthy and looking amazing, no matter what you do with it.
The Treatment Masque contains a natural oxidant that penetrates the cuticle and lets in resultsdriven ingredients to feed the cortex and repair the hair. It cross links on drying producing protective ﬁlm, keeping cuticle well hydrated without the heaviness.

• Wheatgerm oil - locks in moisture and keeps the cuticle well hydrated.
• Natural oxidant - the oxidant is what pushes the cuticle open and allows the product to work, unlike most masks we don't use a chemical oxidant. Instead we create a natural oxidant by heating up the product to almost boiling point and rapidly spin it to induce the oxygen.
After using the mask, rinse the product out thoroughly after 10 or 15 minutes and then put on a surface conditioner or our preparation spray to close the cuticle down. You'll see noticeable results with your hair looking and feeling amazing.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will do everything possible to make sure your parcel gets to you as within the time frame, but sometimes there will be reasons outside of our control that may delay your delivery.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Stone & Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stone & Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept Exchanges of any product or service.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
